If you are a survivor who was previously published in our journal and are experiencing safety concerns pertaining to the abuse, or even if you simply become worried that your abuser will find your published piece(s), please don't hesitate to reach out to us to request removal of your work or a transition to a pseudonym or anonymity. We know that feelings, safety, & comfort levels can change and will always follow your desired course of action.
If you are a survivor and are concerned that we may have inadvertently published the work of someone who harmed you, please reach out to us and we will remove that individual's work. We will not ask for "proof" of your experiences nor will we take any actions against your consent, needs, or safety. We will not breach your confidentiality or anonymity. Your safety and well-being are our priority.
