What is trauma healing?
We talk about trauma healing a lot. We process these memories but we don’t “feel healed”. It is true that it is exhausting or a sense of relief I got through it. Healing isn’t what people feel when they process traumatic memories. The moment we feel healed is when we accept ourselves, forgive ourselves, we give ourselves compassion and even godforbid love ourselves. This is loving attunement with your self.
