Donita del Rosario is 4’9″ and loves her little Doberman, Dean, more than life itself. When cuddling with Dean isn’t enough, she turns to watercolors to express herself. She believes here’s something so natural about how the paint moves through the water and dries - like pouring your problems onto paper and watching them evaporate. Believe it or not, watching paint dry is actually an unusually calming experience for her. She was having a terrible day until she read the quote, “There’s a storm in my head and it’s killing all the flowers,” by A.K. and realized that it was all in her head. All she had to do was let the stormwater drain out of her fingertips onto her sketchbook… and her flowers would bloom again.
